Hattie Bradford
Owner and licensed plumber
Runs the shop and signs off every pressure-reducing valve and booster pump the crew installs.
The shop
Bradford Pressure & Hot Water is a ten-person shop on Wall Avenue. Two technicians diagnose: they read the pressure, trace the cause and write it up.
The rest of the crew installs what the write-up calls for. That keeps the person who finds the problem apart from the person who prices the fix, and it means the numbers on your work order are the ones the work was based on.
